When we first adopted a house rabbit, we had no idea what a fun, interactive and loving member of our family he would quickly become.  As we sit down to read a book, cook dinner, or just hang out, our Dutch breed rabbit, Buns, is usually afoot--literally.

Whether "chinning" books or leaping into the refrigerator to snag a stalk of broccoli, Buns truly seems to enjoy being part of the crowd and in our household made up of four humans, one large breed dog, two cats and three fish.  It can be quite a wild crowd!

Pet rabbits can be a lot fun to have around the house. House rabbits can also be a handful.  That's why we've filled this website with information that we've found useful integrating a house rabbit into our family.
